The three journey achievements

“Let’s Head Home” is tied to beginning the trip. “Welcome Back” uses an intentionally vague description and appears during normal progression. “Thank You For Playing!” is awarded for finishing the game. A standard completed run should therefore cover these three without an external checklist.

If a story achievement does not appear, finish the current sequence and allow Steam to synchronize before restarting. This guide does not recommend achievement unlockers, modified saves, or third-party account tools.

Small Gesture: fallen candles

Look for fallen candles during the on-foot exploration and use the available interaction to set them upright. Do this before leaving the scene. The published objective supports the action itself; no official source checked for this guide provides a precise checkpoint name or map coordinate.

That evidence boundary matters: a short, truthful instruction is more reliable than attaching an unverified room name to the achievement. If a future official patch changes the location, the objective remains the stable part of the guide.

Something Familiar: developer-confirmed solution

Spoiler: continue until you have spoken with roadside assistance. Then backtrack to the place where the monster had been standing. The developer says an object will now be on the ground. Approach and inspect it to trigger “Something Familiar.”

The developer reply does not identify the object by name. Screenshots, comments, or memory may attach a label, but this guide keeps the wording source-accurate so players know exactly which part is confirmed.

Efficient 100% run order

Because the full game is officially estimated at about one hour, a cleanup run is manageable. The best first attempt still protects both optional interactions and avoids unnecessary replay.
